FAQ

  • How to Measure your Feet
How to Measure Your Shoe Size at Home You only need to take two measurements when determining your shoe size: foot length and foot width. You'll need a flat ruler and a wall. We recommend measuring both feet since one may be larger than the other; if there's a notable difference, buy the larger size. How to Measure Foot Length Measure your foot length in inches. 1: Lay the ruler flat on the floor with the zero end flush against the wall. 2: Place your heel against the wall with your toes forward. Your heel should rest gently without pressing into the wall too much. 3: Measure the distance from the wall/your heel to the tip of your longest toe (for most people, this is either the big toe or the second toe). 4: Write this number down. How to Measure Foot Width Measure the Widest part of your foot to ensure a good fit. 1: Place the ruler on the ground horizontally in front of you. 2: Step onto the ruler with the ball of your foot (the widest part). 3: Measure the distance from one side of your foot to the other (in inches). 4: Write this number down. • Size Chart by Style
  • How do I determine the best size for me?
Most of our shoes are true to size in full and half sizes, however, due to certain materials you may need to size up or down. For instance, The Boho boot tends to run long – the nature of the design – so we suggest that you order ½ size down from your normal shoe size. We recommend sizing down 1/2 size for The Ballet Flat and Perfect Pump as the shoe leather can stretch quickly. The GiGi, Celebrity, Stunning Sandals and Snappy Slide are true to size in medium width. Please read shoe descriptions to understand how to make the best sizing decision and JUMP UP to see FAQ Sizing Charts for each Kara Mac Shoe Style.

  • I am having a hard time removing the heel cover to exchange the style. How can do I fix this?
If you have a difficult time removing the heel color to exchange for another style, gently take a butter knife and widen the gap to encourage it to come off. The more you use the heel covers and remove them, they will begin to "break in" for easier removal.
